Tigroclub Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of tigroclub. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out here.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one tigroclub account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any winnings generated from them will be voided. If you have lost access to your account, contact support — do not create a new one.

Bonus Terms Apply

All bonuses and promotions at tigroclub are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Attempting to abuse bonus offers will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

Withdrawals to Verified Methods Only

Tigroclub only processes withdrawals to payment methods that have been verified and used for deposits. You cannot withdraw to a different bKash or Nagad number than the one you deposited from. This protects against fraud and money laundering.

Fair Play is Mandatory

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one tigroclub account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Tigroclub will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Use a strong, unique password for your tigroclub account.
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available.
  • Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

Tigroclub reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months. Before closing an inactive account, tigroclub will attempt to contact the account holder using the registered contact details. Any remaining balance will be held for a period of 6 months following closure, after which it may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Payments

Ti groclub accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though tigroclub reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits.

Deposits are credited to your tigroclub account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

  • Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name.
  • Tigroclub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
  • Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts may be returned and the associated tigroclub account suspended.
  • Tigroclub does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
All payment transactions at tigroclub are processed through encrypted, secure channels. Your financial details are never stored on tigroclub servers.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at tigroclub are processed within 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals are sent to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for the most recent deposit. Tigroclub does not process withdrawals to accounts other than the verified deposit source.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though tigroclub reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments and to request additional verification before processing.

  • Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed if there are any outstanding verification requests on your account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
  • Tigroclub does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your mobile banking provider are outside tigroclub's control.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact tigroclub support with your withdrawal reference number. Tigroclub will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. Tigroclub will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to a delay.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Tigroclub offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all tigroclub promotions:

  • Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
  • Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
  • Tigroclub reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
Bonus abuse is taken seriously at tigroclub. Our systems monitor for patterns consistent with bonus exploitation. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will be permanently closed.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on tigroclub are final once confirmed. Tigroclub does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game.

Tigroclub reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a pricing error, or any other error on the part of tigroclub or its game providers. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

  • Minimum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
  • Maximum bet amounts may be applied to individual games or to accounts at tigroclub's discretion.
  • Bets placed during a game malfunction are void. Tigroclub will return stakes for any bets affected by a confirmed malfunction.
  • Tigroclub is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player, including bets placed on the wrong game or at the wrong stake level.

All games available on tigroclub use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other external factor. Tigroclub's game providers are independently audited for fairness on a regular basis.

8 Fair Play

Tigroclub is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

9 Account Suspension and Closure

  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
  • Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
  • Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tigroclub will communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve the matter. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting tigroclub support. Any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to the verified payment method on the account, subject to standard verification requirements.
